Webber, Clancy, Watts, Peterson

What Lindsay Clancy experienced, I am experiencing. I am not comparing my trauma to her tragedy. It is incomprehensible and I will never understand what that poor woman is going through, but let me give you some facts:

1. I was in a long term relationship from Early 2019 - late 2024. It was evident to me, but because increasingly evident that my abuser did not like me. I'd often ask, "why do you hate me so much? I've done so much for you, because i love you." These words alone would send him into an isolated, video game playing rage for days, where he'd stonewall me and ignore my entire existence in our shared home as if I wasn't there.

2. He'd mock my low libido. Well, no shit Sherlock, when you're abusing a person mentally, physically, and sexually, its a little hard to want to find comfort in intimacy. Thats no ones business, but it is CONTEXT.

3. 2019 - 2021 were blissful. Peaceful, even. I influenced him to move to ATX because the tech industry was booming and I saw real opportunity for us to create a special life together, because I loved him.

4. His mother is, in my PROFESSIONAL opinion, a narcissist. When my abuser and I were considering places to relocate (from Wyomissing, where I was coaching at Orangetheory Fitness Wyomissing, Melbourne Florida was on the list. He was adamant Texas was the better option.

5. I had an opportunity to transfer from OTF Wyo to Otf Lakeway as long as I could cover the moving expenses. I did, he did not, but he came with me. We packed our apartment up in Wyomissing with my dad, my little sister, and our two golden retrievers, Milo and Ovie. I remember feeling so scared, but so proud of it.

6. A few weeks into our stint in Texas, I noted an increase in the video games he was playing. Sometimes hockey and golf, but mainly call of duty, war based shooting games.

7. I attempted to maintain contact with his family. His older sister (I have some things to say about her but I am bias so I'll leave that out of this post) and his mother specifically, because I wanted my abuser to have a close relationship with his nieces and nephews. I donated to hockey findraisers, kept in touch when making travel plans, and always followed up with a thank you when they welcomed me into their home.

8. Oddly, as I tried harder to fit in, they all rejected me more. You see, I come from a "poorer" family and I think they wanted their little baby boy closer to the family, and settled with a woman better "suited" for their boy. (speculation)

9. Neither the sister or mom attempted to maintain a relationship with me, despite how kind I was. Despite how hard I tried. I of course, mentioned this to my abuser. Why did I feel iced out from his family when I was doing everything right? and if I wasn't doing it right, what could I do better?

10. I finally left. One night in Dec of 2024, the abuse got so bad. He told me I was a c*nT with no friends because I'm not social. He told me I'll never be successful in life. He was screaming at me in a rage, because I called him 10x to come home after he left me alone the weekend of my 28th birthday.

11. I jolted out of whatever love spell I was under and I told him I was leaving. He willingly signed me off the willingly, but proceeded to make my exit a living hell. The evidence will show.

12. He recorded me without my consent on the meta ray bay sunglasses his mother bought for him in Christmas of 2023. That is illegal, and it is being investigated by the authorities.

13. In an attempt to silence my voice, he hired a real estate attorney, Baker Law Firm, to have a temporary restraining order on me that prohibits me from saying his name on my social media, despite the fact that none of this is defamation, its ALL true, I have evidence of it, and he certainly knows he did it. Why he continues to abuse me after all I've done for him? I am not sure, but I did love him once, so I am praying he finds peace someday.

14. A real estate attorney makes me believe he thinks I am his property. This is especially scary to me, because its proof this family does not see me as a human being. I tried to contact them peacefully long before any of this went public. They ignored me. Sorry was always an option.

15. I am very lucky I escaped. I want justice for what I went through, but also so the next generation of women knows how to fight for their civil rights, because they are worth it. I am worth it. He harmed me beyond repair, and I do deserve justice for that.

16. My family has neglected me. There are two really strong people I have in my corner. They know who they are, and I am so thankful for them. I have a small table, but a small table is all I need.

17. If you view my posts with judgement or contempt, instead of lashing out at me or sending my content to the people who've abused me for the last 7 years? I think that says more about your character and I wouldn't be interested in discussing my case with you anyway.

18. Me Too, & please Say My Name.
