Demand Letter to my abuser
Hey Wes,
I can't seem to reach you, and I'm on a mission to confirm the unconsenting revenge porn you have of me on your Meta glasses and phone and cloud storage have been deleted. I've been trying to reach you (through texts, calls, Venmo, and Instagram) so I'm putting this in writing.
In August 2024, in Cancún, Mexico, you recorded intimate images and/or video of me using your Meta glasses and your phone. I never consented to being recorded, and I do not consent to you possessing, copying, viewing, or sharing this material in any form. As we dated for 5.5 years, I'd also request that any other content you've recorded of me be deleted. I would also like to know who you dispersed that content to so I can ensure it's been properly deleted, as I do not appreciate that you've shared these videos and images without my consent during the recording, production, and release of the revenge porn.
I am formally demanding that you permanently delete all such recordings of me, including every copy stored on:
your Meta glasses and any associated app or account,
your phone and any other devices,
any cloud storage, backups, photo libraries, messaging apps, or shared drives, and
any copies you have sent to or stored with any other person or service.
I am also demanding that you do not share, post, show, or distribute this material to anyone, by any means.
Please confirm in writing, by replying no later than Saturday, July 4th, 2026, that you have completed this deletion in full.
Recording and retaining intimate images of someone without their consent — and sharing them — is illegal in many jurisdictions, including under U.S. state laws and federal law. If I do not receive your written confirmation, I am prepared to pursue every legal remedy available to me, which may include reporting this to law enforcement and the platforms involved.

This is my formal notice to you. I'm sorry we couldn't talk this through like adults, like the lovers we once were, Wesley.
